Folks,

I hold a H1-B visa, that was obtained when I was on visitor visa. I plan to visit India in near future, and wanted to get the visa stamped in my passport before I left for India, rather than getting it stamped in India.

I heard about someone named Victor Garcia, based at El Paso, TX, who helps people get into Ciudad Juarez and getting their visas stamped.

Could someone please help me obtain more details about Victor Garcia? Also, what are the documents that I should carry with me to the interview?
