I have come to USA in 2000 on F1 to pursue my MS in Mech Engg, Transfered to MS in Computer Science in Jan -2001. I have done an internship in a company and they sponsored my H1
on my BE (Mech) Degree in Jan-2003 as Web Designer
and has been approved by INS. However I have not completed my MS, will I be having any difficulty when I goto re-stamping in Chennai. Could anyone please advice?
