H1 stamping in Canada/ re-entering US with valid Visa

Hello,

Need some help on stamping in Canada

My current H1B stamp on passport is valid till 30-Jul-03 (Old company stamp). My new H1 appoval is valid till Mar-2005

Currently I am in Canada on bussiness visa and I want to get
the visa stamped (new H1) in Canada.

1)What would happen if the Visa is denied for any reason in canada, can I re-enter US before my current visa expires( 30-Jul-03)? Is there any issue if I re-enter US a week before the Visa expiration date?

2)What is the procedure to get the stamping done in Canada. Is there any website where I can get some details

3)Current documentation requirements for stamping

Any help would be greatly helpful.

1. you can use the old and still valid visa to enter US. If questioned about 1 week, show the new I797 approval - in fact show it while coming in anyway. you might get a I94 with the new expiry date stamped.
