H1 stamping from the home country

Hello,

I am on H1 visa and before i was on L2 and i plan to go to my home country(India) so i need to stamp my visa on my passport(i didnt not leave US when changing from L2 to H1).
I wanted to find what documents i need for stamping,i have read from sites and blogs that we need company W-2's and list of all employees with their wages etc mentioned which is too much personal information for a company to give.My company has less than 25 employees so please suggest as to what are the documents that i should take .

I have never heard of an individual needing the payment information for all of the employees at the company they work for. I think that whoever told you that meant that you should have your own W-2, because those are not the kind of documents that companies just hand out. While I am not sure which documents you DO need, I would not worry about the W-2s...that advice was almost certainly given in error.
 
Hi,
request for information, H1-B stamping.
I was on J-1 visa now changed to H1-B visa visa(have valid-I-797).
Tentatively i would be visiting India in october.
could some one let me know, how i need to apply for visa stamping at Hyderabd Consulate.
