H1 Stamping From H4

Hello All !!

I have a Question regarding H1B Stamping for my Wife ! I am currently on H1B,

My wife currently on H4 , She is Physical Therapist and she got her new H1B valid from Oct 1 , 2004 .

Does she have to go to India for stamping H1B or can she stamp it some where like Mexico or Canada Or UK ??

Can any one of you advise , which route is better ??

------ If she filed Change of status from H4 to H1 and has got new extended I-94 attached with her H1 approval notice lower part then she can start working on H1 with out Visa stamp. Visa stamp is just for entry
Does she have to go to India for stamping H1B or can she stamp it some where like Mexico or Canada Or UK ??
----- She can get H1 Visa stamp from India, if rejected Visa stamp in Canada or Mexico then she has to go directly to India from Mexico or Canada .

***IF she has US degree than good chances of getting Visa in Canada
Can any one of you advise , which route is better ??
