H1 Stamping Done. Late Port of Entry

Hi,

I have changed my Visa status from L1 to H1 when I was in US. I came back in Nov to India. I got my H1 visa Stamped in Jan End but due to some personal family problems I am not able to travel to US before May end. Will it be a problem? What questions I may face at port entry? Please let me know your thoughts.

It should not be a problem. especially since you were previously working in the US. I don't think Port of Entry officer will ask you much.
