H1 Stamping (documents + drop-box question)

Hello,

I will be using the drop-box in Chennai for H1B stamping, in November. Could someone please answer the following two questions?

1. They require all documents to be submitted with photocopies. Do these photocopies have to be notarized?

2. How are the documents returned? Does the consulate mail them back or does TTS mail them back? If latter, since I will be traveling within India, will TTS hold the documents for pick up?

1. Clear photocopies are ok. Not necessary to certify.
2.TTS will return it to the address in the passport. No will not be available for pickup.
