H1 Stamping at Mumbai

I will be going for my H1 visa stamping in Mumbai. My company filed for My labor and I-140 and they are cleared. I now have the 3 yr extension which would be my 7th year to 9th year.
Do you think this could be a problem with the consulate saying that I could be a potential immigrant??

But your company must have a position for you even in the recession and prove it in case..
