I am new to this immigration scene so I need advice on an issue that is bothering me for some time...
I transferred my H1 to a new employer last month. My new employer will be filling for my Labor in a month. I am planning to visit India in Dec'04.
I will re required to get my H1 stamped at Delhi consulate.
Can I be in any trouble if the consulate ppl find out that a labor has been filed on my behalf? Do they check if the person has immigration intent or not?
