I am working on H1 7th year extension with the passport stamp expired 2 years ago. My wife is working on OPT but has a valid H1 (never stammped)
We both filled for 485 in August and got our EAD cards today. We will be traveling to India in January and are planning to get H1 stammped because we want to keep our H1 status.
Is it possible?
Will it effect our 485 application?
Will it cancel my EAD?
Can I get an extension of EAD next year even if I choose to stay on H1?
