H1 stamp in Toronto

Hi folks;
I need advice on getting H1 stamping from Toronto. My 1st H1 visa stamp has expired. I recently got my labor approved and am in th process of concurrent filling 140/485. Is it advisable to apply for Advance Parole or instead get H1 stamped from Toronto.

Is is always better to get youir Advance Pay roll & then leave the country.

if H1 revalidation rejected will I be able to use Advance Parole??

I agree with the idea of getting advance parole before leaving the country. I perfectly understand that once I get advance parole I dont need H1 stamp in my passport although I can continue in my H1 status. Please correct me if I am wrong.
However if I still go to the consulate to apply for H1 visa (just to avoid hassle of renewing Advance parole every year) and if I get rejected, can I still use advance parole to enter back given the fact I have visted the consulate for visa????
