I have to shoulder my H1B $1180 filing fees, is this possible?

Good day!

My cousin wants to get me a job in the bank (a large industrial bank) he works in and is trying to do it "quietly" since they dont really hire foreigners.

He can provide the offer letter etc. (all using company letterhead) and sign the necessary BCIS H1B petition forms but he cannot let the company pay for any filing fees (regular fee+ premium processing = $1,180) so he does not get questioned.

1. Has this happened to anyone before where the foreign worker needed to pay for his own filing fees?

2. If this is possible, can my cousin pay the BCIS via a personal check or money order originating from him? (then i just pay him back?) Since he cannot use company funds for this....

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! :)

From what I know, the check should be from company - not from an individual. But I am not an attorney , so I do not know any loop holes. Consult a lawyer.

-------BY law employer has to pay the fees to USCIS
1. Has this happened to anyone before where the foreign worker needed to pay for his own filing fees?
------foreign worker canot pay the fees but many have paid cash to Desi compnies and the Company paid the fees by company check to USCIS

------NO, the BANK or Company has to pay the fees to USCIS
(then i just pay him back?) Since he cannot use company funds for this....
----he has to pay company check or can pay by money order to USCIS, dont hide such things company will come to know, better let the company know, if your brother uses company letter head without the knowedge of company it is fraud he can be in big problems
