H1 Revalidation.

Hi Gurus,
I'm applying for H1 revalidation and I have a question on the form DS-156. Qn 36, Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? If yes, who? My company has filed for I-140 and I-485 recently. What should I state, if I say yes will there be any problem because this is for my 7th year extn. Also for who part, just providing employer name is good enough? Your opinion is much appreciated.

Your employer filed I-140 for you and I-140 is immigration petition you should write YES and employer name (company name), no problems for visa revalidation
 
My company has recently filed a Labor Certification petition on my behalf. Should this be mentioned on form 156, when applying for a new H-1B stamp?
