Hello Folks
I am on my 7th year H1 extension. My current I-94 is valid until Nov 2006 but my visa stamped expired in Dec last year. I am planning to apply at one of the Canadian US consulates.
Here is my situation, I have a H1 stamped in Mumbai
1 H1 revalidated in Washington.
I have a Indian education.
Is there any risk in appying in Canada?
