Hi,
I came to US on Dec 2000. I was on bench for 2 years. Never got paid nor filed for Tax returns. Just have current year pay stub and W2. Going to Chennai for revalidation. My question is:
1) Do they ask for w2's for all the 3 years of my stay in USA?
2) If they do ask, what should be my reply?
3) If they reject my application, what are my other options?
Currently i have a valid H1 for 3 years, but my Visa has expired for more than 1 year, so i have to go out of USA for revalidation.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
