I have maxed out on my H1 period (6 years), but due to the new law that passed in Dec 2006....I should be able to recover the H4 period (I was on H4 for the first 6 months of my stay in the U.S).
Has anyone done this or know the process/fee associated wtith the
revalidation of H1 only to recover the H4 period.
Any help would be appreciated.
