DOS site said H1 revalidation should be sent to St. Louis, but I saw some people here sent to Washington. Are both places Ok? Is there one faster? I did not find any information about the address in Washington on the DOS site.
Fresh Revalidation application to be sent to St. Louis. And if you want to re-sent the application after temporary refusal asking for more info then u got to sent it to Washington
I sent my passport for revalidation last year november and after enquiring i got to know that my passport has been lost. So i applied for a duplicate passport and received it last week. I was told by one of the visa office that i would be stamped without any additional fees once i get my duplicate passport. In between i changed my employer and i got my new H1 too. I am not sure as of now shud i send the recent 1-797 or just go ahead and the get the stamping done on the previous H1. I appreciate all your advises.
