H1 Revalidation question

Hi,
I am planning on sending my Passport to DC for revalidation. Recently I thought of changing jobs and applied for a H1 transfer and it got rejected. So, I am sending my current H1 with the passport for revalidation. My question is ...In form DS-156 there is question that says "Have you ever been refused a US visa ? if yes when and where and what type of visa ?" Should I be answering "YES" to the question because of my recent refusal of H1 transfer? . My assumption was H1 refusal and visa refusal are different and I should be answering "NO". I would really appreciate if somebody could respond to my post.

Thanks in advance,
Ravi.

Write NO. H1b belongs to your employer and he/she was denied - not you. Also getting US visa means getting visa stamp not approval.

Thanks Jharkhandi for the quick reply. one other thing I forgot to ask in my earlier post. there was one other question " Has Your U.S. Visa Ever Been Cancelled or Revoked? " I think it is "NO" for this one too ..Can you please let me know?

thanks in advance,
Ravi.
