H1 Revalidation Question

I am on an EAD now and I don't want to use the EAD because I am still single and I have to continue to be on H1-B to bring my wife to USA. I am applying for my H1 transfer. IF my previous employer cancels my H1, will it create any problems on my new H1 revalidation?
