Hi all,

2-3 months back, I had withdrawn my passport after applying for re-validation as I had to go to India. Now, I am back and I did not re-validate it in India. On my previous visa, there is a stamp saying 'Cancelled without prejudice'.

Now, can I resend it for revalidation here in US?

Thanks in Adv.

i dont think its a problem.. you can always sent it again

BTW.. how did you come to usa when your visa cancelled with out prejudice...:)

I came back on my Adv.Parole.

Thanks,

Hi Shah,

I am not sure if you can send passport for revalidation as ur I-94 card will have "Parolee" as status. When u filed H-1 extension it came with an I-94 card and an extension to ur previous I-94, so now how can they extend ur Parolee I-94 to an H-1b? This looks like a little grey area to me. Talk to your lawyer about this, i asked similar question in the past and never got any answer

Good Luck

That is OK for sshah1001. Passport maybe resent for revalidation, if time is left on I-94.
