1. I am planning to go Ottawa in May05 for visa revalidation, my visa in passport is valid until June 05 and I am planning to attend before my visa in passport expires. Just in case if it is rejected will i be able to come back with my old visa or will the counsular cancels existing visa with no matter if my visa got rejected.
2. My wife is on H4 and her visa in passport is valid till June05. She recently got her new H1 and she is also planning to get her visa stamped in may05 in Canada. If she didn't get stamped can she come back into US on her H4 visa and what would be her status H4 or H1
