H1 Revalidation & I797

Do we get our original I-797 attached with new I-94 , and the old I-94 back from St.Louis/DC when we get our passport back from them with new visa stamp or they keep those with them ?

original I797 with new I94...Incidentally both I94 will have the same numbers but different expiry date..

Hi there,

I transfered my H1B1 from Company A to Company B but on Company B Approval notice I don't have I94, its a plain Approval notice without I94. Is this the way?, because I remember when I moved from Company X to Comapny A i got the I94 on the same approval. Please help.....

You need to go to the nearest POE and get a new I94, if refused you have to go to home country and get the new stamp before continuing to work for company B
