When you say Original I94,
is it the Arrival/Departure record that is given at the POE (port of Entry).

Revalidation of passport

I have sent my passport for revalidation in october 5th,2001. I have not recieved at. Did any body sent recently and got it back. Please let me know how to go about it and where i have to call for my passport status.

You can call visa office at 202-663-1225

It is taking 10 weeks in general. My passport was reached on Oct 17th at DOS, it was stamped on Dec 22nd and I got it back on Dec 27th(FedEx picked it up on 26th from DOS). Good luck.
