I have been 3 years on my H1 and I am coming close to my visa expiry. My lawyer has applied for an extention and I was wondering what the chances are for H1 extentions to get rejected?
And I have an I-140 so my lawyer has mentioned that too in the case. Our case is still pending and I was concerned if extentions are subjected to cancellations.
2.When we go for stamping H1's, if the consulate officer asks if we have applied for a green card considering we have an approved 1-140. what do you tell them? Do you say yes????
