H1 revalidation at Cananda or Mexico

My 6 yr H1 is expiring on Feb 2005. I have not travelled out of US in the last 4 1/2 yrs. I wish to go to Canada / Mexico to get the H1 stamp on the visa. Given the short period that I haveleft on H1 does anybody see any issues with getting the H1 visa stamp and entry to US?

I got mine from BOM in 3/03 when H1 exipry (that too 6th year) was in 8/03
