H1 Revalidation and Transit Visa

Urgent help needed!!

I am travelling to india this weekend via Frankfurt Airport. Do I need a airport transit visa. My current visa stamped on my passport has expired on November 30th and have all the paper work for getting the revalidation visa stamped ie. LC, 129 etc.

Please let me know if anyone had similar experience? Important question is whether I need a airport transit visa. Any help in this matter will be very helpful.
 
If you hold an Indian passport and your US visa stamp has expired, then yes, you will need a transit visa for Germany.
 
Same situation

I am also in the same situation. I am in a confused state after
seeing this thread that, I am travelling to India tomorrow via
Amsterdam and have all the paper work for revalidation.

Please let me know, whether I need a transit visa. Or that
case is only applied to Frankfurt Airport.
