Hello everyone.........
I am currently on an H4 ...but i am getting a few job offers...One of them that i like specifies a job as 35 % workload.....Is this sufficient to get a H1??Or does the Dol have any specific number of hours per week specified as a minimum ??This job is in a University ....research setting........
