thanks for the feedback, question, if i were to go to canada can i get it renewed and stampted there, mine expires in march,2006( can i go any time now or close to march 2006. and do i still need to fill some forms besides the regular contract, degree, paystubs.
2. if doing in US how soon should i apply for renewal if visa ends in March2006.

h1b renewal can be applied for 6 months prior to the expiration of the first h1b. in response to your questions at another post. H1 renewal.
I am on J1 waiver job and I will be fulfilling my 3 year obligation in jan 07.
My P.D is nov2004 - still waiting for my labour approval.
When can I change job?
If I move to a new H1 job after jan 07, can I keep my prior P.D without I 140 approval?
Does the new H1 fall under H1 cap?
I appreciate anyone replying to my ?.
