Just wanted to know if this is possible ?

I am working as a contractor in company A, The company has several preferred vendor , lets assume V1, V2 , V3 etc...

My employer, is not a vendor to this company but he placed me in this company through V1. Sub-Contracting.

Now my question is, There are some vendors that are paying more than other vendors. I m getting a very little percentage of my billing. Can I just transfer my H1B to Vendor V2 who is paying higher percentage without actually changing the company ? Is this possible or is there any problem doing this.

If anyone has any idea please suggest .

Generally no problem in transfering H1 to V2 but, if you sign a agreement with your sponser, which says you should not work for the end client (i.e) Company A, then you are in a fix.

Read your agreement first, and inform all the non compete clauses to guide you further.
