H1 rejection and EAD

Currently I am fielding RFE #2 on my pending H1 application. (shrug). In the unforunate case of my H1 getting rejected can I move to the EAD I hold without leaving the country? I am currently on H1 status in US with H1 extension pending

you did not post what USCIS asked in RFE?
if you have I-485 pending and got EAD then you can work on EAD. once use EAD H1 becomes invalid.

1) Project Plan
2) Milestones
3) Resource Management
4) Tracking
5) Presentation provided to client

Previous RFE was for payslips. I am working for a top Tier 1 IT company so no worries on fraud front.
