H1 rejected Urgent advise

I really need advise from gurus. I had filed for H1 in Jul 02 with my current company. The company's address was changed and the approval of H1 went back to INS. Called the INS about the H1 and they told Company to send the Change of Address form filled-in. I was sent appropriately, but never received any reply from INS and now it is almost the visa going to get over, got a letter from INS saying my H1 is rejected because of proof of documents not submitted (which we never received). I have a print out of approval mentioned in the web site for my case.

As my H1 is rejected, if i appeal, what is my status till then? 2) Do you recommend to file another H1? Urgent advise is needed.
