Can someone please help me to clarify this..
a. I started in US on H1 in June 2001 and my petition expires in Sept 06. Which means effectively i got 64 months time instead of 72 months.
a. In between was out of US on a project assignment for 6 months.
Question:
1. Can my employer file for 8 months + 6 months capture before applying for 7th year extension ?
2. If i switch job today, can my new employer apply for recapture of this time ?
