H1 Re-validation at Mumbai (Eligibility Question)

Hello!

www.visa-services.com page mentions eligility rules to get visa stamped from Mumbai. One of the condition is you should have last visa issued from Mumbai.

Does that mean if you have last visa revalidated from St. Louis you can not apply for visa revalidation at Mumbai?
or it means that ur last visa from India should have been issued at Mumbai?

If anybody has done it before or knows more about it, please let me know.

If you have a visa revalidated at washington (St.Louis) that does not bar you from appearing for revalidation at mumbai consulate. think that condition is for people who apply from regions covered by other consulates. On a Case by Case basis such applications are also accepted thru TTS services.

You can also ask the same question through email to the TTS people.
