if you are not on the pay-roll of the company that sponsored for your H1 then that H1 is invalid. you should leave the country within the grace period (10 days ) or file another H1.
I\'m receiving different count on the grace period .So how long can i stay from the day of my last pay chek.Is there any option for extending it further for job search puropose?Please advise
