Hi all,
i applied for h1 in june , thinking that i will graduate in july, eventhough i completed my requirements , i missed my grad deadline , now i am graduating in december , my opt expires on feb 2005 . i received a letter from bcis saying that they need proof that i graduated, my Work start date (h1b)is from OCT1 ..can i able to change that date to Jan ???.any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
