My wife is on a H4 Visa and her Visa expires this August.However I had a H1 transfer some time back and I should extend her H4 also.
I am planning on applying for her H4 Extension soon(Form I-539).
My question is that in case she gets a job and a H1 is applied for her while the H4 ext. is pending?
Now if both get approved..then what would be her status?Which takes precedence?Can she start working as her H1 is approved?
