My lawyer just informed me that my application will be subject to random selection because it was received on the 26th of May 2006. I am in my final yr of residency and I am going to Texas so I had to apply without the License because I can only get it after 3yrs of residency. My question is do they normally issue RFE for the License?. Can Physicians apply for the 20000 US graduate cap?
