My lawyer had already filed for my H1 transfer in Dec-06, but I have not received any approval notice. We only got the courtosy copy saying case status approved.
I know H1 fees are 320$ (new filing fees)+1500$ or 750$+500$(fraud protection fees).
If I now apply I-129 thru premium processing, what kind of fees should I pay?
Do I have to pay the above fees again? or just the extra 1000$ for premium processing?
