My 485 got approved in local office after interview. I have a H1 transfer pending in NSC. Do I need to cancel my H1 transfer? Since my 485 just got approved in local, in case that NSC approves my H1B before receiving the notice from local office that my 485 has been approved, will the H1B approval invalidate my greencard? Any one has any thoughts? Thanks.
