Hi,
My first H1B: Feb 2005-Feb 2006
second H1B/extension: March 2006-Oct. 2006. Papers already approved an in hand.
So far, I don't have H1B stamp in my passport.
If I travel to India from Jan 14-Feb 5, 2006 and enter USA based on my advance parole and thus 'loose' my H1B status, will I get back on H1B automatically from March 2006 when my new H1B kicks in?
