H1 Out of Status

Hi
I am working with a company on H1. I was being paid at $70000 a year. The lca States that the company aggreed to pay me at $75000 a year. Am i out of statu. Is there a way to correct this mistake if any

If you have an approved H1 with

unexpired I-94..you are ok. I have seen my LCA and it seems that the LCA is in a range 55k to 95k. But anyway if the INS has approved your H1 with the same LCA you are ok.
Make sure ( if you are filing for 485) that your company is not paying you a lot less than what is listed in the LC...it could cause problems in the future..since you must be making alteast what is in the LC after you get your green card...but all this only if you ever plan on filing for one.
 
Thanks ttt, Can u help me with this one more time. I bought this to the notice of the company

1) LCA Min 64K to 100K
2) On H1 Petition 75K was mentioned

3) Being paid at 70K

Company paid me all the difference from sep (Start date)

Is this ok, Since there was an error with my state tax( They filled Tx by mistake which i noticed in the W2 earning), When fixing that error they paid me the difference as arrears
