I Entered into US with H1 in DEC 2000. I have pay stubs till Marh 2001. After that i was on unpaid leave till sep 2001 ( Almost 17 months). In Spe 2001 My H4 was approved. I had the visa revalidated with in US in Feb 2003.
I am now aware that this long unpaid vacation makes me out of status. However i wasnt aware of that then. Anywho my question now is what would be implications of this when my Green Card is being processed?
Is there anything that could be done to fix this?
