H1 or EAD? Which one to continue working with....

I received my EAD some time ago but I am still working on my H1. My H1 expires in November after which I plan to continue on my EAD. Should I give a copy of my EAD to my employer right away and let them know that I will be working on my EAD from now onwards or should I wait until the end of October? Any pros or cons? Appreciate it for any advice.

that has to list proof of INS authorization with employer. Pros and Cons in this case are entirely dependent upon your relationship with your employer.

Can you please explain more on why/how the pros/cons depends upon my relationship with my employer?

and come back with specific questions. There are so many discussions this forum saw which would be a valid reference then my rehashing it from memory
