I work for a company A (they filed my H1 starting from Jan 2006). I have a Masters degree from US (graduated in May 2005). Recently I got an offer from company B. Can I file a new H1 with company B instead of transferring my H1 from A.? Keep in mind that I have a Masters from US and there are H1's still remaining in the Masters quota. I heard somewhere that this Masters quota can only be used for ppl who have just completed their Masters and are on OPT (and not for ppl like me who are already on H1)
