Hello gurus,
Iam currently on H1B visa. My consulting company filed the H1 transfer in january and is based in atlanta. Later I got a project in dallas,Texas and the attorney said it is enough if we get a new LCA for dallas instead of amending the petition since the cnsulting company was still located in atlanta. Now Iam in dallas and got a permanent job in another state and the company is filing for a H1 transfer. What is my situation now. Am I okay? Iam sending all my documents to the new company along with the amended LCA. Jaxen or somebody please advise as Iam a little tensed..
