Hi,
I have a L1 Visa (expired already) but my I94 is till Aug 2009. Meanwhile i applied for H1 from another employer and got approved but the stamping is still pending (i have applied my h1 thru consular process and not COS) now my question is
can I apply for my L1 extension without losing my H1 approval. Also if i do a L1 ext will my I94 gets applied automatically.
Suppose say if I donot lose my H1 on L1 extension, what happen if i travel to india and come back... should i have to go for L1 stamping again (in which case will my H1 be in danger). What i am trying to ascertain here is, will my H1 approval will be safe as long i am here in usa (without leaving usa) and having an L1 ext.
