H1 Issue

Hi

I am currently working on my EAD with Employer B.
I was working with Employer A before, and he had applied for my
H1 which got approved and started this October. But I am currently
working for Employer B, who has also applied for my H1, but due to some
unknown reasons, It has been held up for a while. My question is


1. Can I go back and join Employer A again , even though
my VISA has already started. If yes, how long can I wait , my
EAD expires coming feb.

2. Can I cancel visa application of Employer B, and instead
transfer my VISA which I have with Employer A to Employer B

Are you on F-1 here and using the OPT???
 
I think employer B applied for a new H1 for you and since the cap has been reached he will not get it. If emplyer A is ready to provide a job I would suggest that you go back to A and after 3 or 4 months apply for a H1 transfer to B which does not come under the cap.

first of all, thanks for the reply. can i still go to my employer A now that its been a month since my visa had started with him ( Employer A)
