H1-H4 situation

Hello Everyone, My H1B had expired on July 30th 2003 and I applied for extension on July 22 of 2003. I received my approval last week (1.22.04). My wife wants to travel outside the country so I have these questions

1. Can my Wife get her H1b Stamped in India? though I haven't got mine stamped yet..I am not travelling to India right now.
2. What should we be careful in regards to documents?
3. Is it possible to get stamping done in USA? if so then whats the time duration of that process?

How your wife can get H1B stamped? She needs her independent H1b approval for extension. If you mean H4 then she can get H4 bases on your H1B approval notice you don’t need H1B visa stamp on your passport for your wife getting H4 visa stamp

3. Is it possible to get stamping done in USA? if so then whats the time duration of that process?
------ Your H1B visa stamp expired July 30 2003, you can revalidate H1B visa stamp in US as you did not hit 1 year after visa expiry date and it will take around 3 months for Visa stamp in US. For more info read:
