Please help: just be laid off for a couple of days,
but my company might ask me to go back as parttime
in 3 monthes. Do I have to change to H-4 immediately
or can do noththing since my company didn\'t revoke
my H-1visa. Does anybody know what information my
husband has to provide for me to transfer to H-4.
I really appreciate your help.
 
it might be a hassle

to go back and forth between H1 to h4 to H1 (PT)
you have to file I539 for H1 to H4 (need your husband\'s visa, I797 approval copies, marriage certificate apart from your passport/visa copies). it takes about 30-90 days for the approval.
In the interim, if you get the PT offer, you can file a withdrawal of above Change of Status and file a H1 for PT.
Consult your (ex) employer.
