i was on L2 from 2001 to 2002
got changed to h4 since my husband got a h1 in 2002
applied for a new h1 in 2005 and got approved in nov-2005 and valid till sep-2008
i could not goto work so changed my status back to h4 in mar 2006
now i have an offer to work.

1. can i apply for new h1, if so am i subject to the h1 cap?
2. what about LCA?

one more question.

1. If i apply for H1 and my I-129 is pending, is it safe to travel out of US and back on my H4?
